Vet portal: Document submission

Use the first icon below to submit records and estimates, which we use in the approval process for each case. Use the second icon below to submit final invoices at the completion of an approved case.

 
 

*We suggest (but do not require) that you title your files using the following formats:
For estimates: "Client last name, Pet first name - Your practice name - Estimate" (Eg. "Smith, Fluffy - My Favorite Vet - Estimate")
For records: "Client last name, Pet first name - Your practice name - Records" (Eg. "Smith, Fluffy - My Favorite Vet - Records")
For invoices: "Client last name, Pet first name - Your practice name - Invoice" (Eg. "Smith, Fluffy - My Favorite Vet - Invoice")
